Board Games

February 20, 2012

When playing board games, it is imperative that you do not play Risk or Monopoly with people you can’t stand. Otherwise, you are agreeing to hang out with that person for hours. A better game for people you can’t stand is a game I made up: It’s called stay away. The object of the game is to simply stay away from that person. Another version they play in Europe is called Avoid. Same principle.

Now, when playing board games with friends, watch out for the super competitive one. There’s one in every group. The person who yells at everyone. “No. No. You can’t do that! The rules say you can’t do that” For dealing with these people I recommend everyone else giving them a hard time for being such sticklers.
